We offer a local delivery service for any address within a 30-mile radius of our store. Alternatively all products are available to click and collect!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the products you choose. You will receive courier updates and tracking details for your order by email.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell may be weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
